How do you see yourself evolving as an "athlete-turned-entrepreneur? Ten years ago,the thought of a professional gamer would have been absurd.
We want players to play the game continually with multiple classes. But, we also want players to fully develop a single class. So the answer is both. We want both.

Head Enchant
2010-03-29 00:00:00
The stam enchant is probably better. JeeBar is right about the cost factor so I will hold off.
I need money.-Day light savings is for fools.
I agree that Arcanum of the Gladiator is the best choice for tanking, hands down. I swapped to that when def went out the window myself. That said, maybe I'm a cheap bastard, but I wouldn't spend 80g to add just 8 stamina and some resilience to my hat on the eve of the wonderful new world of WotLK.-
If ya wanna look me up and make ...
Dwarf Hunters
2010-03-18 00:00:00
I have a Dwarf Hunter and he's male. Here's how I decided between them all. Note that it was before the expansion so Draenei weren't an option for me. I've included them in the following though:
1.) Had to be Alliance.
DwarfNight ElfTroll
2.) Model design had to be okay.
DwarfNight ElfDraenei ::: Torso is too big.
3.) No stupid shoot animations.
DwarfNight Elf
4.) Had to be male.

I then counted in a number of other things in the final selection:
- Racials
- Mounts
- Armor design
- Emotes
Dwarves get Stoneskin which makes them immune to bleed, disease and most importantly, poison. Nothing ruins a Rogue's day like a Dwarf who pops Stoneskin and removes Crippling Poison. Though Shadowmeld is a tough call, it still doesn't match up to a free Abolish Disease/Poison ability every few minutes. It wouldn't matter much though because of the remaining factors.
Nightsabers are nice, especially the black PvP version, Black War Tiger. But the ...
Misdirection. Gotta love it!

Kompera wrote:Maybe. I've heard reports that MD is somewhat bugged, occasionally failing to transfer aggro depending on which shot is used in which place (of the three MD shots). Distracting Shot is one I've heard is bugged as the third MD shot.
More likely an auto-shot slips in there somewhere.
If you're going to use Distracting, it needs to be your first. It is instant, after all. -(Back in Retirement) Draka:

Boar Charge aggro?
2010-03-01 00:00:00
Thanks, that's pretty much what I was wanting to know. I just started a new dwarf hunter and was curious about the boar aggro, seeing as how there's a plethora of boars available for a fledgling dwarf.
Quote:i still like them for lower levels of play.
QFT. Charge is amazing, especially until you can get Dash/Dive. Makes killin' so much quicker... I've tried bears, and while I love the way they look, the lack of Dash makes it somewhat painful to grind anything (they just seem to take forever to intercept my next tales are more than true: not because
they tell us dragons exist, but because they ...

Strategist: Assembly of Iron
2009-09-26 00:00:00
Well, I did earn The Siege of Ulduar, did I not? Made an entry for each one of the Siege bosses, that I did. Made me wonder how adequate the term "siege" is, when the only Expedition forces are in the base camp and around Razorscale - looks we've been storming Ulduar, not besieging it. But that's just my thoughts So this time it's the Assembly of Iron. What many people call 'the Iron Council'. The three Iron Generals represent each of the iron races in the Iron Army (they also love iron). Steelbreaker, the biggest and physically strongest of them all, is an Iron Giant with colossal strength. Runemaster Molgeim is an Iron Vrykul, who has mastered the art of rune magic. Stormcaller Brundir is an Iron Dwarf with a master's touch in the lightning magic, who hates being mocked for his height. The Assembly of Iron has taken residence in the left wing of the Antechamber of Ulduar, just next to the Archivum - a great Titanic machinery, built to store and categorize information about the world. The Council is an optional encounter with total of six difficulty levels. Killing Brundir last (Steelbreaker - Molgeim - Brundir usually) is the normal mode of the encounter, and killing Steelbreaker is the hard one. Killi...

Is WoW Leveling a Chore?
2009-09-01 00:00:00
If you already have at least one toon at the level cap, WoW leveling can end up seeming like a long and arduous process. After all, you have already seen all of the zones and completed all of the quests that you will be asked to do yet again. However, in World of Warcraft, leveling serves an important purpose in the overall game play. When you are starting a new character, you may be tempted to find the quickest and easiest way to reach the end game, and even consider employing a WoW leveling service. However, this is not only against the rules, but also a huge disservice to yourself, your character and those you will eventually cooperate with to acheive end game goals.
When you start a new toon, dreading the same old zones...
